twerk move so if you are a beginner twerker stay tuned. One of the very first
things that I'm going to show you is what to do with your hands. I know a lot
of people are like what? Huh? Yes, what to do with your hands. This is a regular palm.
This is a twerk palm. So when you are twerking your hands should never look
like this. It should look like this. One of the things that I want you to pay
attention to is are your knees following your toes. Make sure that your
knees are following your toes. If you twerk inward your twerk hands should
look like this. If you twerk outward your knees should follow your toes. Your twerk
hands should look like this. So keep that in mind when you are twerking. Make sure
that you follow your toes with your ankles with your knees. Twerk hands right
above the knee. If you are an out twerker you're going to point your toes
out. Your knees must follow. So if you turn your foot your knees should follow
along and that should happen evenly on both legs. It's almost like they're kind
of connected and if you do it together your knees should always follow your
