In this episode, the morning begins with a productive work session. But then, the horror: I face one of my biggest phobias, spiders, and it turns into a nightmare! Luckily, a calming yoga class allows me to relax and calm down. I even showed the movements I learned in yoga, and it ended in a hot version! The afternoon is spent at the beach and the turtle center, where I meet the most adorable creatures.
