Hi guys, Julia Versys here. Today is 29th March of 2022. Today is Tuesday and today is 13th day of our GBP challenge.

So, today will be easier training than usually because I am feeling weakness because of today is second day of my women's days.

We will learn with you together how to train when we are weak. So, let's start our training. It will be shorter, easier, but anyway it will change our body to better condition.

Usually we start from warming up. So, first exercise for warming up. So, we bend one leg here, another leg straight and we try to stretch our legs.

Yeah, we have to reach our ankle by our forehead. But we do this very slowly, easy because this is relaxing training. We have to take care about our energy.

So, we change leg to another one. So, right leg bent, left leg straight, back also try to keep straight and go down.

3, 2, 1, 25 seconds. You must sit with left leg extended and reach toward your ankle.

Yeah, this time I hold this position properly.

Yeah.

It's almost done.

Good job.

Stand on your knees and hands.

Yeah, this exercise we know very well. Very often we use it.

So, this is like a frog position.

3, 2, 1, 30 seconds.

You must open your legs sideways as you are on your knees.

This exercise stretches our back really well. It's really great.
